$5,000 Sponsors community-wide family literacy projects. Provides innovative and creative hands-on public learning workshops to 1000 Coachella Valley residents with elementary school-age children. Monthly outreach bi-lingual program encourages family learning and language development through free workshops. $2,500 Sponsors five days of school field trips for low income schools. Provides bus transportation, admission fees and "field trip gift bag" for 300 children.
