For more than 20 years, the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert has been the destination to help children understand and learn about the world in which they live. As an early museum experience for children of all ages, our environment is informal, but our purpose is serious.

All children deserve an opportunity to learn, discover and create a passion for lifelong learning. Last year with generous contributions from our current “Shareholder” supporters, it was possible to extend scholarships to children visiting the Museum on school field trips. In addition, scholarshiped days of CDMOD Day Camp were awarded to those who couldn’t otherwise afford. Thanks to our generous “Shareholder” supporters, the world of learning knows neither economic barriers nor limitations.
